Living in Abundance - What Does it Mean to You?

ree

If you could have an abundance of something, what would it be?

I won't lie - I catch myself occasionally dreaming of winning the lottery (that I don't play). But then I think, "Aren't I already rich in all the ways it matters? What do I really need more of?" Maybe it's not something I can see or touch.

Perhaps an abundance of peace would bring calmness to a hectic schedule plagued by errands, appointments, and rushing out the door to the next event. Maybe an abundance of connection would foster more meaningful relationships and the chance to truly be seen. Or maybe an abundance of positive energy would decrease stress, increase wellbeing, and offer the opportunity to be fully present in each moment.

Abundant Life Wellness, LLC was born from the idea that slowing down and living

authentically in a world that prioritizes MORE – more success, more wealth, more status

– actually brings about more of the things we really need – more peace, more

connection, more ease and stillness, more love.

My own personal journey to abundance has been one of growth - challenging at times - but so rewarding. As I share a little about what led me here, I encourage readers to explore, “what does it mean to you to live abundantly?”

Abundance is a Mindset

At a time in my life when I was constantly worried about whether I was making

the right moves, wondering if I’d have the means to support myself, fearful of what

others might think, I was fostering a scarcity mindset. This mindset leaves one believing that resources are limited, goals are unobtainable, or you have to appear or act "the right way." When your focus is on what you don't have, because you're constantly searching for the next best thing, you're left feeling fearful and anxious.

But then someone wise asked me, “Doesn’t your gut usually lead you in the right direction?Isn’t there plenty of money in this world? Aren’t you smart and resourceful? Don't you have a strong support system in your corner?” The answers were all unequivocally, “yes!” Suddenly, I was reminded that “energy flows where attention grows.” If I continued focusing on the “what ifs” and the things I didn’t have, I’d never leave room for all the wonderful possibilities of what could be.

Today, when I find myself falling into old patterns of stress, worry, and fear, I pause. I

remind myself that no matter the outcome, I will persevere. There is an abundance of

everything I need. I will find it and welcome it into my life. I focus only on the things I

can control and let the rest go.

Abundance Manifests in the Body

An abundance mindset has brought tremendous joy, healing, and ease into my life. It is

more than just a feeling, rather a physical manifestation. Living in a scarcity mindset left

me tense, fatigued, and worn down from constant stress. Luckily, the body thrives when

it feels safe, nurtured, and cared for.

When I live in an abundance mindset, it is transformative. I have more energy. I feel lighter. I have more time to focus on the things that are important to me – family, taking care of my health, enjoying life’s little moments, and sharing my passion for massage therapy with others.

Massage therapy is an extraordinary tool for inviting abundance into our lives. It is a

sacred pause that welcomes presence and gratitude. Intentional touch promotes

emotional healing and connection to oneself. Massage therapy also supports physical

abundance by increasing relaxation, circulation, and balance in the body.

How Abundant Life Wellness Embodies This Philosophy

As a massage therapist, my approach to client care is simple: provide a safe, nurturing

environment. Abundant Life Wellness, LLC was created so that each client has the

opportunity to pause, relax, and experience exactly what they need to live their

healthiest, most fulfilling life.

Every bodywork session is tailored to each client - recognizing that your needs may

change from session to session. At my core, I believe that compassionate, intentional

touch has the power to transform us physically, mentally, and emotionally. Our bodies

are inherently intelligent and know just how to heal when we are still. Each time I have a

client on my massage table, I’m honored to be a small part of that healing journey.

Find Abundance Everywhere

In addition to scheduling time for rest and touch, there are many other ways to invite

abundance into your life. Simple daily habits such as keeping a gratitude journal,

practicing deep breathing exercises, repeating positive affirmations, or celebrating small

wins can cultivate abundance.

“Doing what you love is the cornerstone of having abundance in your life.”

- Wayne Dyer

No matter your passion, I hope you make the time to pour into more of what and who you love. And if it feels like the right time for you to get a little R&R, I warmly invite you to book an appointment for massage and bodywork.

Be well,

Lynneah
