Manual Lymphatic Drainage
Manual Lymphatic Drainage (MLD) is a light, gentle, rhythmic technique that supports the movement of lymph fluid through the body. This specialized therapy supports lymphatic function, reduces swelling, removes tissue waste, boosts immune function, and promotes healing.
