Cancellation Policy

CANCELLATION POLICY: A 24-hour advanced notice is required to avoid late cancellation or missed appointment fees. If you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment, please contact us as soon as possible, so the time can be available to others. Appointments canceled with less than 24 hours' notice will be subject to a $50 charge, paid using the card on file or electronic invoice. Appointments canceled with 4 hours' notice or less will be charged the full price of the scheduled appointment. No shows without notification will be charged the full price of the scheduled appointment. ​ LATE POLICY: Appointment times are as scheduled and cannot be extended beyond the stated end time to accommodate late arrivals. The session will be shortened, and you will be charged the full amount of the scheduled appointment. PAYMENT POLICY: Payment is due at the time service is rendered. Cash, check, debit and credit cards are accepted. This office is unable to process insurance claims. Flexible Spending Account and Health Savings Account cards are accepted. It is your responsibility to determine if the service is covered by your plan. PRIVACY POLICY: Abundant Life Wellness, LLC will not share your personal, medical or contact information without your written consent. ILLNESS POLICY: Massage therapy and bodywork is not appropriate care for infectious or contagious illness. If you have any signs of respiratory disease (including but not limited to fever, chills, cough, sore throat, runny/stuffy nose) or signs of gastrointestinal disease (including but not limited to vomiting or diarrhea), please cancel your appointment as soon as you are aware of any of these conditions. Our office sees a high volume of immunocompromised individuals, and we want to be as careful as possible to mitigate any unnecessary exposure.
